Roma gran favorita en los Oscar. La academia de cine de Hollywood dio a conocer los nominados a los 91 premios Oscar 2019, que se celebrará el próximo 24 de febrero.
Y hubo varias sorpresas especialmente la noticia de que Roma de Alfonso Cuarón puede convertirse en la primera película de habla extranjera en ganar el galardón a la mejor película al igual que Cold War de Pawel Pawlikowski.
Además Roma es la gran favorita de los premios Oscar ya que la película cuenta con diez nominaciones. La gran sorpresa es la aparición de la actriz amateur Yalitza Aparicio en la quinielas y que se medirá a Glenn Close, Lady Gaga y Olivia Colman.
En tanto, Cuarón competirá con Spike Lee, Pawel Pawlikowski, Yorgos Lanthimos y Adam Mackay.
Al mejor actor destaca Christian Bale por Vice, y le sigue Bradley Cooper, Willem Dafoe por Van Gogh, Rami Malek por Bohemian Rhapsody Viggo Mortensen por Green Book.
Por su parte en el apartado de mejor película de habla extranjera la mexicana Roma, la japonesa Shoplifter y la polaca Cold War, tendrán una gran lucha para obtener el premio.
