El nuevo álbum de Gorillaz, The Mountain, se publicará en plataformas streaming y disco físico el próximo 20 de marzo del 2026 y algunos temas podremos escucharlos cuando el cantante Damon Albarn desembarque en Madrid con toda la banda la próxima semana. Para adelantarnos su música los chicos liberaron el primer sencillo The Happy Dictator (feat. Sparks).
«Como polvo espacial estamos aquí para siempre, y eso es mucho tiempo. Esta es una meditación musical llena de luz. Un viaje del alma, con ritmo…», declaró el batería de Gorillaz, Russel Hobbs, sobre el nuevo single y Lp que viene en camino. Hobbs es un personaje ficticio estadounidense nacido en 1975, creado por los líderes de Gorillaz Damon Albarn y Jamie Hewlett.
La banda británica tocará en UAM de Madrid el próximo 20 de septiembre en el festival Pulse of Gaia, para presenta algunos temas de The Mountain . !No te lo pierdas¡
